Make a Piechart from a matrix

Hi Guys
I need a Pie chart from the Matrix attached. So the legend should show the different skills (adobe etc.) and the piechart the absolut number of people who have that skill. Help would be much appreciated.

I feel that a column chart would do a better job of displaying the number of people who have a skill than a pie chart which is mainly used to show percentages.
In the attached copy of the file the count of the number of people having a skill is placed in row 1 using the COUNTA function. I placed the count at the top so that more names can easily be added to the table itself. You could also place the count in the very last row of the sheet and/or hide the count row (for aesthetic purposes).
