1. Since WORKDAY() excludes weekends, given 10 weeks, therefore 50 workdays...

2. How is "workweeks" different from week of the year (i.e. WEEKNUM())? You have to have starting point which you didn't give.![]()

Two solutions. Here is a formula based solution
E17 =E9+(E15*7)
E18 =WEEKNUM(E17)
