Question Automatically skip blanks When Using IF Formulas

Im using an IF Formula for an inventory tracker to pull data from one tab to another according to store name however, I'm unable to get rid of the blanks. Currently the formula i have is =IF('Inventory Tracker'!$F3="stadiumgoods",'Inventory Tracker'!A3,"").
I have attached an image of how it looks so far. Any assistance with formulas to remove the blanks would be great. Thanks.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Have you considered filtering your data, either an AutoFilter or an Advanced Filter.

Better still use a Pivot Table with a Slicer to analyse the PT by store name - or indeed any other field.
