Easiest way to pull data from a picture of data

Often I want to use data I can only get from the website or a picture of the data

Is there an easy way to convert a picture of the data to usable Excel data?

The easiest way is to find an OCR (optical character recognition https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optica...er_recognition ) application that will convert the pictured text into real text. Excel does not (to my knowledge) have OCR built in, but you should be able to find an OCR app. I would suggest putting something like "OCR app" into your favorite internet search engine and find a result that meets your requirements for options and cost.

OneNote can do this, but with a few errors in the process

I thought I had read some kind of new Excel feature would be added to do this, but was unclear if the feature had been added or not
