    on time delivery performance metric month-on-month

    Hi, I am very noob and really need help on how to present my team member's performance on delivery of their work (mostly reports to their stakeholders or specific task).

    In the attached excel, I have first tab to show consolidated monthly performance view. the other tabs shows the tasks per month and each task has a due date and already filled in the team's completion date.

    What is the simplest way to show metrics on this in the dashboard or even just a month on month view?
    Basically my only criteria is if report is delivered on time or not.

    Any suggestion helps. thank you!

    Hello madbaileyz and Welcome to Excel Forum.
    It actually seems as if you are asking for the best way to display the data, which is subjective.
    Attached is a way to display the data that seems to make sense, at least to me, and that meets the basic criteria of reporting delivery status.
    First a pivot table is produced with Assigned To and Status in the Row field
    Status is also placed in the Values field.
    Estimated Finish is placed in the Filters field. (I don't remember if the 2007 version had slicers, but Estimated Finish could be used as a slicer if so)
    The chart is a pie chart.
