Reporting Metrics from Table

What I want to track is the time it takes to reach ratio each time ratio is checked, there are a minimum of 2 ratio checks per pump per day.The information gathered needs to tell:

By Foreman
Time Duration for each Ratio Check
What Pump is being Used
What FP Material is being Used

By Pump
Time Duration for each Ratio Check
What Foreman
What FP Material is being Used

I have made the table just am not good with pivot.
