Finding Differences in Groups

I'm trying to figure out if Excel will let me find differences in groups. Basically, I have different Items with different Data elements spread out among three different locations. Here's an example:

The different data elements are supposed to be the same for each item across all three locations, but in the data I'm working with, there are errors, like the data for Item 1 in cell E4 was entered incorrectly and is different from the others. Similarly, for Item 2, the data in C7 and D7 are different from the others.

Is there a way for Excel to identify these different groups and then highlight differences?
