If command to insert symbol

Hi all,

I need help to fill a form where probably if command is needed to insert check in a box symbol

What is required:

If value in Cell H7 is word P5 insert check in the box in cell E11 otherwise box without the check
If value in Cell H7 is word P6 insert check in the box in cell G11 otherwise box without the check
If value in Cell H7 is word P8 insert check in the box in cell I11 otherwise box without the check
If value in Cell H7 is word P9 insert check in the box in cell K11 otherwise box without the check

Please not H7 is in different tab

possibly I can insert check in box symbol in a cell and refer the if command to that cell if it makes any easier
