Generate sheets named after content of individual cells and insert link back to 1st sheet

Hi Guys,

I'd like to find a way of generating sheets named after each of the following cells and enter a hyperlink back to 'Racking 1ST person'. The other sheets will be hidden, so you'll only see the 1st sheet unless you click on one of the cells, in which case it should appear and then disappear after you click 'Return to Racking 1ST person' link.

I think I've figured out how to keep all sheets hidden and retrievable upon clicking on the associated cell but haven't been able to find a way to turn all of these cells into sheets automatically without doing it manually. Any help would be appreciated, cheers
