Right Click Not Working

Hi, I'm having a problem where whenever I right click nothing shows up.

Once I did this, right click did work but only to a certain extent.
Whenever I highlight the text or double right click, the options for right click don't show up. I also can't right click on tables and graphs that I put into Excel.

Also when I click on the dialogue box launcher, it doesn't pop up.

Can anyone help me fix this problem?
