i am absolutely desperate with this Conditional Formatting: it works in green table, but doesn't works in blue one. I just want to have borders where are values (as per attachment)

Many of your conditional formatting formulas look like this:
Remove the double quotes and they should work.![]()

You have conditional formatting for the blue table. For example:
applies a border on the right. Why don't you replicate that for the borders that are missing?![]()

Ah, I thought that was an intentional separation. Try a formula like this instead:
That should work for the left, and a similar one could be used for the right.![]()

That may be a version issue then. I unfortunately can't check Excel 2007. See attached, just in case it works.
