Hi,
I have an expense sheet in Excel and rather than have others enter data into each cell, I want them to use the Form command but, the Form command is only available from the QAT and only after adding it.

Now, since the Form command isn't available from any menu and can only be used if added to the QAT, if I send this spreadsheet to someone who doesn't know about it, they are going to make a mess of my spreadsheet.

I got the idea of adding a button that they could just click and tada; the Form opens for their entries, then I may even be able to lock the spreadsheet to prevent accidental messes.

The problem is; how do I get the button to behave like this?

I do not know VB as a friend suggested but I thought; it's a command. It must reside somewhere and therefore all I need is to find it's name and then figure out how to call it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
