Dyanamic Hyperlink required

Dear Sirs

I have a sheet (a sample made to understand here) with sales figures consolidated to a summary sheet "Glossary" . Sales get updated everyday on two different sheets "SALES-EAST" and "SALES-NORTH" and I use a hyperlink.Current ink is 'SALES-EAST'!A16 and 'SALES-NORTH'!A16. I need a dynamic link, so that , link cell will change automatically to'SALES-EAST'A17 even if i insert a row after 15.
