Hello everyone! How can I write a conditional formatting formula that highlights more than one value?
See the sheet attached - basically I want to highlight the top 2 numbers in each tier (T1, T2, T3, etc.).
Thanks!

Title amended.
Better - thank you.
Select all the numbers from B2 to B35, then click on Conditional Formatting | New Rule | Use a formula... , then put this formula in the dialogue box which pops up:
=OR(B2=LARGE(IF($A$2:$A$35=A2,$B$2:$B$35),1),B2=LARGE(IF($A$2:$A$35=A2,$B$2:$B$35),2))
Click on the Format button | Fill tab and choose your colour, then OK your way out. Excel will apply that formatting to all the selected cells, making adjustments to the relative cell references as appropriate.
Hope this helps.
