Hopefully this is relatively easy to use a formula separate out address fields (Columns B-F) from a cell that contains the full address in column A.
one of my main issues is the address 2 field which is like suite number, some address have this, some don't, i don't know how to separate it out if the address does have it. Also the issue of including the 0 for a zip code that starts with 0.

Far from easy! as the only delimeter is the comma before State/Zipcode!

yeah, i was thinking that was the case as I looked more at it and saw no one was really replying with solutions. another issue i see is cities that have 2 names in them, how will it know that?
It won't. Not possible unless you have extensive lookup lists for the formula to reference.

The attached was produced using "bespoke" VBA which was tailored to the data you provided: some elements are (possibly) generic but a much greater sample would be required to produce a more general solution.
Experience has taught us (respondents) that these problems are never resolved 100%.
