Personal.xlsb opens with a message that it is linked to another file

I am running XL2019 and I have a personal.xlsb file that opens when I launch XL. Since installing 2019, I get the popup message shown below when I open XL. What is this message referring to? How do I eliminate it? Should I eliminate it? This is not something that occurred in prior versions of Excel and I have been running the personal.xlsb since at least XL 2007 and all subsequent version 2010, 2013, 2016.

Hmm ... maybe something from the options: "Tools\References" (vba editor) or "File\Options\Add-ins" (main menu xl) is attached to the workbook and "holds links" ?
If so, then standard actions: uncheck, close, open, recheck (or not), if no, then ... don't know ... : ) ... I will not have 2k19 for a long time yet ... : )
