Data Extraction - Horizontal & Vertical Columns

    Dear Excel Community

I have attached a workbook that I am hoping something can assist me in creating formulae to prevent manual linking.

The tab Data has about 5,000 rows - I have only shown a snap shot. Each ID has 8 rows of data

In the MI tab I need a formulae that picks the ID and populates the values shown in the headers - the data is shown vertically - so each ID is on one line.

I have manually linked this in MI tab to show how it is being done.

Can anyone assist and save me a lot of time please?

    Thanks

Try this in cell F2 on the MI tab. It needs to be entered as an array formula, using ctrl+shift+enter:

You can then drag across to M2, and down for as many rows as you need.
