Formula to choose outcome from series of options

Hello,

I need excel formula to work based on below criteria. This is what i am trying
=IF(A1>=10,"Q4",IF(AND(A1>5,A1<10),"Q3",IF(AND(A1>4,A1<8),"Q2","Q1")))

What i need is below
if A1 value is <4 then it should print Q1, if its between 5 and 10 it should print Q2,if between 10 and 12 it should print Q3, if greater than 12 it should print Q4.
