The title tells the story.
Until recently tips showed upon hovering with the mouse over the icons. This is no longer the case.
I've reviewed Customize QAT and Settings. I find nothing that mentions this. "Googling" assures me this feature is present.
The problem seems to have followed one of the numerous Windows or Office updates. I don't know which one.
Is there a way to restore this feature?
Oh BTW: This is in Office 365.

Try this one, Dave.
File > Options > General > User Interface options > ScreenTip style (dropdown).
This controls the screentips on the QAT and the ribbon.
