So I have data in Sheet 1 C3:C123 and in Sheet 2 C3:C53.
I would like any duplicates between the sheets to be highlighted, in both columns.
I tried =COUNTIF('Name of Sheet'!C:C,C1) and it is highlighting some values but I can clearly see duplicates between the two sheets that it is not highlighting.
Does anyone have a more stable formula I can use? Would prefer to avoid vba if possible.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
