    Shortcut

I just wanted to create a shortcut to go to in that table.
as the date will change frequently so we cannot name the table as per the dates.
so I just want that whatever date I choose in C2, if that is is an existing table, it should go automatically over there.

Ex:- as of now the date in C2 is 3rd Jan, so I can able to see the table which is starting from line no 42.

or else if there is any other simple way around, please do let me know.

    File:- Countif formula.xlsx

If this is possible it will save my time while maintaining this

    Regards
    Arindam

    welcome to the forum

For future reference, please take a moment to read the forum rules and use thread titles that are descriptive of your problem - not what you think the answer might be. (think google search terms?).

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?

    Re: Shortcut

I have a bit quick and dirty solution that will only work accurately as long as the block of analysts have 16 names..

Please Login or Register to view this content.
where 8 is startrow of first data block
    17 = 16 analyst+1 blankrow for each date
the datevalue formula calculates how many days we are into 2019 and jumps x days * 17 down..

    Re: Shortcut

Please take a moment to re-read forum rule #1 and then amend your thread title to something that better explains your problem. Changing your thread title is not optional, which means you must change it. Thanks!

    • Use concise, accurate thread titles.
    • Your post title should describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.
    • Use terms appropriate to a Google search - poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice tell us nothing.
    • Responding to a request to change your thread title by doing so is mandatory.

To change a title go to your first post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title.

No help to be offered, please, until the OP complies with this request.
