Need help on Count if formula which I have input in G2 of the attached excel.
Don't have any Idea why this formula is not working if anyone can help it will be a great help

Seems like you want SUMIF vs. COUNTIF

In The attached sheet's G2 I wanted to calculate
in the range A: A how many times the name "Ankit.raj" is appearing where it has some data in B:B.
I am looking for this formula.
You want COUNTIFS, not COUNTIF:
=COUNTIFS(A:A,"Ankit.raj",B:B,"<>")
