How to Fix: Columns containing erroneous row data

As you can see, there is erroneous row data under various columns, namely, brand, services and products. I am trying to organize this data in a way so that each row of information matches the column header. I know there might be solutions using VBA Macros or Countif formulas based on another thread and I've tried both but keep outputting wonky formatting errors. Please assist. Thank you. (I am not able to post URLs etc until I post a couple of times, please dm me your email for workbook or if you know a workaround)
