How to Fix: Columns containing erroneous row data

As you can see, there is erroneous row data under various columns, namely, brand, services and products. I am trying to organize this data in a way so that each row of information matches the column header. I know there might be solutions using VBA Macros or Countif formulas based on another thread and I've tried both but keep outputting wonky formatting errors. Please assist. Thank you.
