Hello all! I'm new to the forum and I am having an issue that I was hoping someone could assist with.

I created a spreadsheet that I am looking to add conditional formatting to. I am looking to compare the data from Columns H through L to that of Column E. I was able to setup the conditional formatting for the first row with no issues, however, I would like that same format to continue throughout each of the rows on the spreadsheet, but I can't seem to figure out how to make that happen. What am I missing?
