    Stacking Values of Last year END BALANCE and stacking amount to a desired quarter of the Y

    Greetings!

    Problem 1: I am again trying to calculate or lookup the end balance of the prior year on "Sheet2" based on data from sheet "MOOE."
    Problem 2: I am trying to reflect the latest amount that should be written on the desired quarter of the year.

    I have attached a sample sheet and it's condition.

    Please help again excel community.
