greetings all,
i have fixed numbers on column A
and numbers on column B.
my question is.. how can i using formula that said
1-(if the number on B1 grater than number on A1 by 3%) result will be colored red.
3--(if the number on B1 smaller than number on A1 by 3%) result will be colored yellow .
2-(if the number on B1 same as number on A1 result will be colored green.
so how can coloring the column B by percentage??? 3 colors!

Welcome to the forum!
You will need three calculated rules - one for each colour.
For example:
=B1>=(A1*103%)
=B1=A1
=B1<=(A1*97%)
