Try tosave an Excel file that has been blocked by file block settings in the trust centre

Good Day

I am trying to save and set the print area for a file that I have recieved the below is what comes up when I try to save the file.

This error occurs when you save a Microsoft Office file type blocked by File Block settings in the Trust Center. To enable this file type, do the following:
1. Click the File tab.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Trust Center, and then click Trust Center Settings.
4. In the Trust Center, click File Block Settings.

To save documents with this file type, disable the registry policy setting. For more information, see Microsoft Knowledge Base article

I have selected open selected file types and allow edditing.

I cant find "disable the registery policy settings .

Please may I have some assistance and advice in resolving this
