My firm has hundreds of Adobe Illustrator files (.ai) that contain numerical data that we need to hang on to. The data is stored in the following format:

illustrator01.jpg

It is used to create the graph behind it, however we need to retain the data, not the graph. Is there any way to convert these files to Excel files?
