Disclaimer I am a novice at excel (so please keep that in mind when replying), the excel version I am using is 2016 64 bit.
I have data that I have assembled into a table, using the advanced filter feature I can identify individuals who fit my criteria. That's great but I need to also know the total hours for each individual not the combined hours of people who fit my criteria.
Currently I have tried using the SUBTOTAL but that's where I am stuck. I have attached an image so you can hopefully see the issue.
The filtered list shows 7 individuals, I want to know the total hours person #1 has completed, person # 2, person # 3, etc.
So I cannot just do =SUBTOTAL (9,F:F) or that's everyone in the filtered list. Please advise an efficient way to proceed as my criteria here fortunately shows 7 people but for another search, a different amount like 50 people will show up.
