    Converting a picture into excel

Okay so I'm pretty sure this doesn't just happen to me. Someone takes a picture (a snip, a snag it, etc) of some rows in excel that they want X or Y from. Is it possible to some how convert that picture into an Excel document?

    If so, how?

Is there a way to transform the attached into an Excel file?

The only way this can be done is with optical character recognition (OCR) software.
