Fix a shape ("Rectangle 1") to the top left hand side of the screen

Hi there, I'm looking for some help please.

I would like to set a shape ("Rectangle 1 ") so it will stay fixed in the top left hand corner of the screen and stay fixed and fully viable while scrolling up, down, left and right...

I tried a couple of different ways but had no luck.

Is this possible..

I've tried both these methods and they didn't quite give me the desired result.

While the box stayed at the top left, I want the rest of the sheet to move up and down, side to side freely and I want the rest of the sheet to remain free to edit.
