How to organise my table better?

I have a excel of my maintenance records.

What I would like to do if possible is make everything that has the same date into a drop down.

So instead of seeing 3 rows for 11th of Aug for example, there would only be one and when clicked on the arrow to expand the table, the other rows with same date would then show.

Is this possible, if so how can I do this?
