Data Validation

Hi, I am not sure what the best formulate to use, to extract the 'customer's rates' without retyping their rates manually. E.g. If I need to get the 'ABC rates (or other customer rates in column F, G, H)' from G column is there an easy way of pulling the data without manually typing them each line that will calculate the total costs?

There are a couple of issues in the spreadsheet that need to be addressed before a suitable solution can be provided.
1. The cust col I presume is the customer reference number If so I would not have expected it to be decimal.
2. Col J contains multiple quantity measures Number of night, Hours, Mileage. These need to be in 3 separate columns.

Thank you for your message, I'll try to explain what I am trying to achieve.
1- The cust column ignore that. I would like to get the our profit based on Column E (Our rate) against Column F, G or H.
2 - Column J is correct as the number of nights or number of hours are multiplied on number of men (COlumn I) then multiply to relevant customer's rates.

Say if I put Welding Fab in a column is a way that will get the rates without me retyping them manually?
