Sum formula for number with text

I use manually to sum some numbers in column F3 from column C on attached file.
need help to advise which formula to short it.

Hi,

I know you've marked this solved, but just my opinion...

I don't know how your existing Column C is populated, Manual or by formula?

But if you separate Column C into 2 columns, 1 showing "Meet" or "Late", the next Column showing no. of days, Both columns done with formulas, then:

Replace Column C with, C3 copied down:
