Inserting Emails

Hello,

Is there a way to insert "live" emails into an excel workbook? As in, an email icon that you can click that will take you to an email thread that updates automatically whenever somebody replies to the email thread?

Not sure if this is even possible but any guidance would be greatly appreciated!!
