How to freeze first x columns

I need to see the 20th column, but need to see the contents of the first 5 columns.

How can I temporarily freeze the first 5 columns?

    Thanks.

    Try this:

Click on cell F1 > View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Panes

Put the cursor in the 1st cell that you want to "move". ie if you want to freeze row 1 and columns A and B, put the cursor in cell C2, then follow the steps given by 63

If you only have an UNfeeze option, that means you already have rows and/or columns frozen. Click UNfreeze then apply it again, how you want it.

Alternately, if you want to freeze columns but not rows.

    For first 3 columns...
Select entire D column. Freeze panes.
