auto populate values by choosing the combo list

Hi,

Highly appreciate your help on the below;

I have attached a sample spread sheet having two tabs.

In the first one (Formula tab) i have a combo box and if i select a value it should auto populate the corresponding values from the second tab (Table). I have provided the sample for "Persuading and Influencing" it should take its definition and then each behavior in separate line.

With a better formatted table, perhaps?

Withe the changed layout, the formulas are quite simple, with your layout they will be anything but.
