Possible Template out there??

I don't know the best way to explain my problem, but I'll do my best. So here goes...

I am looking to create a sheet that is somewhat reflective of a family tree. We have 5 siblings whose children/grandchildren/gr-grandchildren/gr-gr grandchildren need to be listed - 100+ family members expected. I've thought of individually listing each member then creating a Pivot, but I'm unsure if this is the most convenient way to go. I'll need a column/field for Name, DOB/DOD, enrollment number, and a calculation field.

Attached is what I began with - I'm thinking I'll need to use COUNTIF/VLOOKUP, which is why I have the 'Sibling Relation' column.

A template would be great, but I'm open for any suggestions/tips! I'm sure I'll need to provide more information - feel free to ask any & all questions!
