correcting bad addresses in an excel list

The attached excel workbook contains a mock mailing list that was sent over to Vista Print. The addresses in column A were submitted as the known address. Vista print returned column B, noting that these were the un-deliverable addresses of the total. I want to fix the bad addresses and re upload to my CRM. Is there a time saving way to do this? Ex: have the bad address post to the same line as the known address for easy of correcting or delete the balance of good addresses if the known address doesn't match the column B?

To protect the people whose business data this is, I've removed your attachment. This is a public forum - in the time it was there, anybody could have downloaded your spreadsheet and helped themselves to that list of names and addresses.

You will need to provide dummy, desensitised data that replicates your problem in order to get help with this.
