repeating a non-sequential pattern

Hi, i'm looking for a way to repeat a set of days (and dates, at the moment the name of the day populates from the date) in the following sequence
Monday | 1/1/18)
Tuesday | 2/1/18......
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday | 6/1/18
Saturday | 6/1/18.....
Saturday
Sunday
Sunday
Sunday
Monday
Tuesday and so on... so normal dates but with 3x saturday and 3x sunday repeating on..

So that I can just drag this sequence down for the next few years worth of dates... Any ideas appreciated??

Enter A2:A13 as shown, select A3:A13 and drag down.

With the date 1/1/18 in cel B1 the following formula can be put in B2

=IF(WEEKDAY(B1,2)<6,B1+1,IF(COUNTIF($B$1:B1,B1)<3,B1,B1+1))

to your liking you can either reformat the column to include the workday (long date formatting) or use a separate cell to show the day name (I put it in A column)
D column shows the same solution in 1 column.

Great, thank you both! I was close to the first one but kept selecting a2 as well which screwed it up...
