Doing this work for a small charity in the UK.

If you have anything at all set up so far, you should share that, you cant expect members to do all your work for you. Plus, you know what you want, and what you are doing. A picture with some scratchings on it, may make perfect sense you you, but members here will probably have no idea what it means
