Identifying When a Filter is NOT Activated

    Identifying When a Filter is NOT Activated

    I have no idea whether this is even possible, but would be interested to know. Is it possible for Excel to determine whether one filter in a table has not been activated, regardless of any others that might have been? Take for example the table below. Let's assume that it is filtered to the status Y: is there a way for Excel to know that the subject column has not been filtered? This is a bit of a head-scratcher (for me, at least).
