Convert PDF to Excel

Hello Guys,

Is anyone able to give me advise please?

I am struggling to convert PDF file to excel.
once it is converted it shows very weird characters and it is unreadable.
I have tried few online converters.

If you have Acrobat, you can export to Excel, and it preserves tabular data.
