    Tracking Overtime of an employee

    Hi,

Can someone here know the formula on how to get if the employee took Pre/Post-shift Overtime based on the given table?

I have attached the file for reference.

On Tab Table, Column J put if the employee took Pre or Post Overtime based On column G and column H and based on the reference table on Tab REF.

Hoping the someone here can help me to solve this mystery.

    Your feedback is highly appreciated.

    Hi albert,

See if this attached does what you need. I needed to format your days a little different so they were text. I also reformatted your ref table.

    Hi albert,

Can you tell me what was wrong with my first answer? Do I need to tell if the overtime was pre or post? Can you show the corrected answers?

Yes, Boss MarvinP. On Column J it supposed to be pre or post Shift Ot and I need to add another Column to compute hours from Pre or Post Shift overtime.

and the from the ref tab table it should be the lookup or reference if the login or log out of an employee whether they fall on pre or post.
