Need help changing a symbol in a MS Excel template

Hi there

I need some help changing the dollar symbol to a swedish kronor symbol in a microsoft excel template i use.

Since I'm new to the forum I can't link you guys the template, but if you google "net worth excel template" it should be the 5th one from the top.

What is the URL ? You can write it out.

did you try

To attach an Excel file to your post,

• desensitize data
  
• click Go Advanced,
• scroll down until you see Manage Attachments,
• click that and select Browse,
• select your file and click Open,
• click Upload and you will see your attachment below Upload Files from a website
• click Close this window,
• click Submit reply

After that you should see attachment in your post

maybe change : "$"#,##0 to "SEK"#,##0

.
On Sheet("Dashboard").Range(B11") find this formula : =CONCATENATE("kr",NetWorth)

The other "totals" cell values have been edited as well. See attached workbook.

kr is available in the currency format list so just change the cells with dollar format (which is now a custom format) to the currency kr format.

then save the file as a template in the save as screen you will need to check the file type is set to Excel Template
normally Excel will suggest saving it in the default directory for templates.

after you save it as a template you can select it with the kronar formatted numbers in the menu File > New it will show up as a new template. depending of how many templates you have you may need to scroll to find it.
