checkbox don't size and move cells

Hello,

I have a sheet which has 3 checkbox. As some rows on the sheet are hided and unhided based on its logic, the checkbox moves down always.
I checked the "don't size and move options on the form control -> settings tab, but it seems it doesn't help.
I would appreciate any help on this, how could I stick them on their places?

The checkboxes must not be in the row areas that are hidden. that may cause the checkboxes to move.
lets say you want to hide row 5-10 the checkbox should be in row 4 to assure it does not get moved when row 5-10 are hidden
