    Post VLOOKUP inside an AVERAGEIFS

    Hi, guys!
    Help me please!
    How to find average number of days all employees worked in the company by locations and seniority?
    I've tried by using AVERAGEIFS&VLOOKUP, but nothing right...
    Location Seniority Start Date Termination Date
    Krakow Regular 24-Feb-16 24-Feb-17
    Kyiv Regular 24-Feb-16 17-Mar-17
    Bucharest Junior 23-Feb-16 1-May-17
    London Regular 23-Feb-16 31-May-17
