Or more simply

I have a list of figures say 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 TOTAL = 100
I want to retain the TOTAL = 100 but adjust the list to show increments of say 10% (the annual increase).
I might want to end up with just the adjustments so I can subtract and add to the existing figures.

So first few figures will be reduced and the last few increased.
