golf spreadsheet for determining equitable score control and establishing hcp for 9-holes

establishing a new league that meets once a week at 5pm for 9 holes. Most players do not have established hcp, so will use a modified callaway process over the 1st three rounds then use that average as an initial hcp. From there I want to use the ESC process to adjust where necessary and then establish a hcp for everyone. Any thoughts or has someone already done this out there. Thanks for the assistance.

CK76, Thanks for going out of your way here. I checked out all three. Unfortunately they are limited to only the
Callaway system. I'm using the callaway only as a short cut to develop an ongoing handicap. The real question here
is an automated way to determine the equitable score control values for each hole and then use that to develop
a handicap based on USGA rules. I hope that clarifies what I was intending. Thanks for the support.

Callaway as far as I understand it, can't be carried over across events and not compatible with combining it with USGA rules.

Generally agreed upon minimum rounds to set hcp is 5 rounds, and max 20 rounds. From various golf association sites.

Thanks CK76. Yes, you are absolutely correct. I'm using the Callaway system for the first several holes so players can have something (hcp) to use in the early rounds of our league. I have a spreadsheet for that purpose. However, I will switch to a formal hcp when enough rounds are played. Therefore, looking for a spreadsheet that supports an esc and hcp process. Thanks.

sjmark, The attached is a cut from my 9 hole score sheet. The max hole scores per hole are adjusted for the USGA 9 hole handicaps

sjmark1, Looked at your request again. A few questions about your league might help as I have some experience here. Number of players? more than one course? do you expect all members each play day? do you want to do pairing randomly or by HC? I may have some workbooks that could get you going.

helpful downloads and support. I'm looking at the spreadsheet and trying to work through it. Also, I'll use the formula suggested by
MarvinP.

sjmark1, The attachments in the last post where bad links for nothing but art work.(sorry about that).
MarvinP formula is set up for 18 individual holes. the following will correct that. ESC = Min(GrossScore,Choose(CH/4)+1,Par+2,7,8,9,10)).
I.m looking at your answers to the ?? and will work for some ideas.

sjmark1, I have attached a workbook as suggestion as a starting point for your club. I tried to explain the formulas used.
I suggest that you use a worksheet for each player score history and a sheet as the playday score calcs.
