Updating teams points based on match outcome.
Hi guys,
I have attached my spreadsheet. Basically I would like the outputs to I8 and I9 from sheet "Points Calculator" to change the points in sheet "Teams".
This is to enable me to calculate the teams ranks by entering all the match information and updating the rank real time.

I am not exactly sure what you are expecting when you apply this to your actual data. Paste the following formula into sheet 2 cell C2, and copy to C3, of the sample file (post #1) and see if it works the way you want:Formula:
=INDEX('Points Calculator'!I$8:I$9,MATCH(A2,'Points Calculator'!B$8:B$9,0))
